Payments

Some services offered by Tennis FitBot may require payment. Information about costs and payment methods is available on the site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, upon notice.

All payments are subject to our refund policies, which may vary depending on the service purchased.

Our plans involve a one-time payment with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund from the Contact page, explaining the reason for your refund request, what dissatisfied you, and what you might have expected differently.

Bob Virtual Assistant Usage

The Bob virtual assistant is included in the service for all active users. To ensure a balance between quality and sustainability, each user can interact up to a maximum of 20,000 tokens per day (approximately 10,000 words). This limit resets daily. The token counter is visible in the chat interface to help you manage your usage.

We reserve the right to modify these limits based on system load and service requirements.

The information provided on Tennis FitBot, including fitness and nutrition plans, is for general informational purposes only and cannot be used as a basis for diagnosis or treatment. It does not constitute professional medical advice. By using the Tennis FitBot platform, the user completely exonerates Michele Schirru and the platform itself from any liability for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tennis FitBot, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
• Any content obtained from the service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tennis FitBot and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cagliari.
